Jason McElwain is an autistic student who loved assisting his high school basketball team in Rochester, New York. Every day he would help the team with practices and had the most enthusiasm cheering for them during games.

As his senior year approached the end, coach Jim Johnson decided to repay Jason for all the hard work he has put in as assistant. He allowed Jason to suit up and with 4 minutes left of the last game of the year, he made the decision to put him in.
