Meredith had no idea what to expect when her foster parents told her that they needed to have a talk.

Little did she know, they were going to ask her to be a part of their family forever.

She was supposed to be fostered for only 6 months, but after getting to know her and love her, her foster parents decided to adopt her permanently.
